I've spend a lot of time lately in After Effects trying to understand it more and creating some cool new compositions. It was always useful in many of my corporate projects (even if it's just title opener)...it always will be. So what's the better way of learning the software than just to get on with it?
I liked working with camera and 3D layers (e.g. reflective text in the middle), it is probably the most slick graphics that I have ever done!
Here are a couple of screen shots. Videos are coming soon. Another idea is to make a separate showreel for all the motion graphics that I have done in the past.
This was an interesting (AND challenging) project to work on as I had to create this 'Miami style' look for some shots, considering that the video was shot in UK on a rainy day. The main idea was to colour correct and grade it to max. I also decided to use white bars in order to create multiple split screens and make it look stylish. To be honest I'm more than happy with the result.
